How much is the membership fee?

Pyo Eunji Fan Club: Monthly Fee 1,000 yen (tax included), Yearly Fee 12,000 yen (tax included)

What kind of membership benefits and services do I get when I join the fan club?

There will be rights to purchase and participate fan meetings and events, rights to access fan club only exclusive digital contents of photos and videos rights to purchase fan club only exclusive goods.[Fan Club]

Can anyone become a member?

Anyone who meets the contents of the [Membership Agreement] can join.

Is it possible to join from overseas?

Yes it is possible. If you live abroad and do not have an address in Japan, you may not be able to receive all shipments (membership benefits) due to an address entry error. If an address is unfond before we make a shipment, we may contact via email. Please note.

* Membership benefits: All items shipped from Pyo Eunji fan club, such as membership cards, souvenirs, newsletters, greeting cards, and other goods.

Pyo Eun-ji will only receive your heartfelt fan letters and will not accept any gifts, including support. Thank you for your understanding.

▼ How to send a fan letter

Only standard size envelopes (or regular mail envelopes) can be received.

  • All receipts by mail / registered mail are possible
  • If it is sent by something other than a general mail envelope, it will be considered as a parcel delivery (gift) and will be returned. Example) Message books, notebooks, CDs, USBs, and small parcel box-style fan letters cannot be received.

When will I receive my membership card?

After enrollment, it will take about 1 to 2 months after you register your first member information (name, address, etc.). Also, please note that it may change depending on the situation. Please note that we do not have a period for inquiries regarding non-delivery of membership cards, but if more than 3 months have passed since the start of shipping, we will not be able to conduct a survey and will not be able to respond.

I lost my membership card. Can you reissue it?

When reissuing a membership card, a reissue fee of 7,000 yen (tax included) is required.

* Please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer for the second reissue and reshipment due to an incorrect address. We apologize for the inconvenience if you wish to reissue the product for the second time or later, but please contact the customer center from [Inquiry].
I don't know the ID (registered email address) and password to log in. What should I do?

Please make sure that both the login ID (registered e-mail address) and password are entered correctly in single-byte alphanumerical characters. Please note that if full-width characters or spaces are included, authentication will not be performed correctly.

* If cookies are not set, you will not be able to log in normally. Please also check the "Recommended environment" on the [About this site] page.
I want to unsubscribe

If you do not complete the renewal procedure by the membership deadline, you will be automatically "withdrawn", so no procedure is required. If you wish to delete the membership registration details that we hold, please contact [Inquiries]. In addition, please note that the annual membership fee will not be refunded even if you request to withdraw from the membership within the membership deadline.

I purchased all membership cards designs. What is my membership number on each designs ?

Membership numbers will be assigned serially from each design purchased. Each design can have a different number.

I purchased all membership cards. What are the rights to purchase special goods and fan meetings ?

Rights will be granted for the purchase.

退会したいので退会方法を教えてください。

ファンクラブにログインいただき「アカウント」→「定期購読一覧」→「詳細の確認をする」→「定期購入の解約」の順になります。なお、退会手続きが当社所定の期日を過ぎますと、自動更新となりますのでご注意ください。また、会員資格期間中に退会をお申し出いただきましても、年会費の返金はいたしませんのでご了承ください。

月会員:初回→入会した日が属する月の末日、以降→毎月末日

年会員:初回→入会した日の1年後の前月末日、以降→毎年入会した日の前月末日

会員資格の期日後の取扱いを教えてください。

お申込みいただいた期間と同一の期間で、全ての会員資格が自動更新となります。

自動更新の決済日はいつですか?

自動更新の決済は、月会員の場合、翌月の1日。年会員の場合、更新日です。初回はいずれの会員も、入会日当日に決済が行われます。


更新前に解約できる期日は、月会員の場合は入会月の末日まで、年会員の場合は更新日の前月末日まで)となります。


月又は年会員資格期間に残りの日数がある場合でも、日割り計算でのご返金やキャンセルはできかねますので、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。


■今年の 5月15日に入会した場合の例

<月会員の場合>

会費の引き落とし→ 初回:5月15日、2ヶ月目:6月1日、3ヶ月目:7月1日

退会の手続き→6月1日から30日までにお申し出いただいた場合、7月1日の会費の引き落としから停止されます。

<年会員の場合>

会費の引き落とし→初回:5月15日、2年目:翌年の5月15日

退会の手続き→翌年の4月30日までにお申し出いただいた場合、翌年の会費の引き落としから停止されます。

退会した後、再入会したら会員証はまたもらえますか?

同一の氏名またはメールアドレスの場合、再度会員証を発送することはできません。
